I posted a couple times about this now and received one email response looking for additional information or some form of support.

I emailed back but have yet to hear anything since 3/14/22. Am I missing something or can no one figure this out?

I'm using the responsive template. After uploading an image if I open it in the image editor to adjust it it, the image editor comes up blank. See attached. Is there some support that can look at this for me?

Image Editor using Responsive Design

Jessica, I had the same happen when changing the RD header on mchenryalumni.com recently. Then I resized the image three times and it was still the large size I needed to resize in the image editor. I gave up and changed the photo.
