I posted a couple times about this now and received one email response looking for additional information or some form of support. I emailed back but have yet to hear anything since 3/14/22. Am I missing something or can no one figure this out? After uploading an image if I open it in the image editor to adjust it it, the image editor comes up blank. See attached.
