Whenever I load a header image in the Responsive Design, then click adjust to attempt to crop or modify the image, what opens appears to be a blank editor. There is no image loaded, just a blank grid canvas with some options and a save button. I am using Chrome on a MacBook. This seems to be the case throughout the Responsive Design template.

Any ideas? Am I missing something?

Attached is a screenshot if that helps? Is there another way to get support with this? I've tried numerous images of different types and sizes and still no dice.
