Hi Everyone. Your lists are small compared to the alumni site I have: 172 bouncebacks. Most are clear by reading the last line. I walked someone through this last week. - Remote Server returned: '554 30 Sorry, your message to xxxxxxxxxxxx@yahoo.com cannot be delivered. This mailbox is disabled (554.30).' - Remote Server returned: '550 5.1.1 Not our Customer' and so on. Many have Gmail and no idea there is a storage limit. That is a reason for another bounce-back. Some used their work email and lost it when they retired or changed jobs. I am searching for volunteers to help with other aspects of the alumni website, and will add this, or divide it among class years. I'll start with a post on Facebook, which may thin the list a bit. It is one step at a time and will be done. Thanks for the important info, Jack.

Administrators can also go to "Email the Class" and look at the counter indicating the number of emails 'sent to' and those 'read by' those that opened the notification Problem is "Email the Class" is not working. The fact that it is not working is creating a "huge problem" for administrators.

Go to Statistics, page down to click on Notify Me Statistics, and then page down to see the Sent/Read counts. You'll see how many (total) emails were sent out today, although you many need to wait a while if all the emails being sent today are backed up due to a large volume. You can also see how many of those sent were read - although that number is not totally accurate since it counts every time classmates display one of those emails sent today. Unfortunately, while you can see the the number of emails the system thinks it sent each day, and a hint about how many classmates have read the email sent to them, it can't tell you how many were actually received since there have been problems sending to multiple mail domains.

Copy and paste this below into your browser "Classcreator.com is having problems emailing various notifications to all classmates on our School Website" You will obtain a lot more information than CC is providing. How many Administrators received any notification at all from ClassCreator regarding their technical problems regarding major changes in their email system?? How many of all administrator's requests for assistance are being "ignored"?? Common courtesy dictates that CC needs to keep it's subscribers informed!!

In addition to the problem with [u]delayed or no[/u] "Email the Class" notifications being sent to classmates, here is another item of concern: There is no "confirmation message" indicating "message sent" after sending a "In Memory Notification" to all classmates. This is of concern because there is no assurance the notification was even sent at all. What? It appears the CC employees fingers are now broken, since there has been no response to administrator's request for assistance.

Cheryl, Yes, the loss of communication with your classmates when you have paid hard earned money for a service that the seller is not delivering is a very sad state of affairs. I have reason to believe the "newly tested by Microsoft email server" just launched a few of months ago is at the root of this problem. It just ain't working. UPDATE: Today 5-2-26 (6:36 pm) Classmate said he has still not received the "Email the Class" Notification sent 4-30-26. This make two whole days (48 hours) without delivery. This lack of service is nothing short of horrible! It is bad business for CC to ignore administrators who need help or assistance. The owner should think about the potential loss of income that CC may suffer once subscribers start changing to a different service due to lack of service.

Anyone done this? I have completed the alias on the domain side, when i navigate to the new alias, I see this: Domain Not Configured You have entered a domain name you've successfully registered, but it is not yet linked to your Class Creator web site. To make your domain name call up your site please do the following: Log into your web site. Go to our Contact Form at this link: https://www.classcreator.com/contact.cfm If you are logged in all of your information will already be pre-filled for you except for the subject line and comments. Please fill in both. Let us know your current site address and the domain name you need linked to the site. We will add the domain name to your site. Well now, today around 3pm (MST) I (magically) received RHS notification tests and Contact US messages. Some 24 to 28 hours later. Is any one else having this problem with late notifications and Contact Us classmate messages?

Hello, I am having a technical situation with our RHS website. Yesterday morning (4-29-26) I sent an "Email the Class" notification as a "test" to myself. Yesterday afternoon (4-29-26) I sent another "Email the Class" notification to one of our classmates. 24 hours later, None of these two notifications have been received by either one of us. Secondly, a classmate used "Contact Us" to sent a message to the administrator. He generated (4) separate "Contact Us" requests yesterday afternoon. As the administrator I have not received any of the four "Contact Us" requests. Please look into this as the "Email the Class" notification I attempted to send is not working and the "Contact Us" for the administrator is not working either. Thank you for your efforts in this matter.

Karen, how did you post here if you don't know your password? I think the cookie for this CC help section is active, hence you did not have to log in again. So should be easy to find your password. IOW, the Password here is the same as the one for your class. You can look at your Browser Password list to see what the Password is for any site. So check there. You type in the link name and it will show you the login name and password.

I am on the bounce back list and so are 17 more as of now. I can not verify my identity from an email address as this is the only place I use it. Reset my password and that is nit working. I need to get an email out telling everyone of the issue. Is their some way that the Class Creatot team can fix our site?

I'm a retired U.S. Air Force officer. Regarding this veteran who graduated in 1932, the 1973 fire in St. Louis at the National Personnel Records Center destroyed millions of records for U.S. Army personnel born between 1912-1960, like this veteran. No records for veterans in other branches were destroyed for someone of this veteran's age (born around 1914), so I believe you can safely assume this veteran served in the U.S. Army and enter that info under his branch of service in his Edit Profile details. This exact situation applied to my father, who was born in 1924 and served in the U.S. Army during WWII. While my dad's records were destroyed in the St. Louis fire, I have a copy of his discharge papers which he was given when his time in the Army was completed. If you are in touch with a family member of this veteran, they may have similar paperwork.

Hello Admins! I have an [i]Our Veterans[/i] page on a school alumni site. The page has links to each branch of the military, where I add the name and class year, then link their name to their profile page. Well, we have a first in fifteen years. We were entering a 1932 graduate who was a veteran into In Memory. Next, we would add his name to Our Veterans, yet we do not have a branch of service. We are aware that service files were destroyed in a fire. I hope those who specialize in all things military will help me out. I need an appropriate page (link) name to add to [i]Our Veterans[/i] page. What would that be? "Before WWII?" Thanks in advance!

Say the bottom line for a dinner is $45 per-person. Using the information provided on the Manage Payment Preferences link, we determine the fee. We add that to the per-person cost and round up to the nearest dollar. There is more... We offered two different tickets: Pay by check $45 Credit card as calculated above. I was able to stay on top of the funds and count for the three events. We made a change for our 50th and 55th reunions. We decided to absorb the credit card fees as we had the funds in our reunion account. Our 50th reunion fees were under $300, and our 55th under $40. We were able to absorb credit card fees using the donation option on our site: - 6 months or so before our reunion. Depending on the amount received, we apply a part of the donations to keep the cost to classmates low. - We have a 50/50 raffle at the two evening events. I hope this is clear, Kay.
