I just setup a new website for my high school class and it never asked me for my Refer A Friend code so that my Carolina Military Academy website on classmates would get the $50 dollar check.

I have not clicked past step 16 in the wizard will it ask me for my code after that?

You add in the referral code when you subscribe. If you are just signing up then we don't ask for any payment or codes during that first 7 day trial. If you happen to have followed a link on the referring site sometimes it doesn't ask for a code because the code is embedded into the link. If you did not follow that type of link you will need to add it into the code box when you subscribe.
