Create a new Forum type Page

we think we want to create a new Forum Page that operates like the Message Forum. But maybe is a "Political Forum". I have created several pages in the past, but I have not been able to figure out ( or find) how to make a page that has the features of "Message Forum" Thanks

Not sure what you mean. You can create special threads within the "message forum" dedicated to specific topics. Maybe this is historical since your site was created in 2009. There are TWO types of "forum" formats. The older one is single thread only. The newer one allows dedicated areas - a Threaded forum. I do not know when the newer one was created, but your date is close to that. You might have to ask for the newer one to be an option now? In the new one, it's easy to designate a "Political Forum", a "Car Forum", "History" and so forth as well as general discussions. You can have both types active.

You would just need to make the threaded forums active. Under Edit Site Pages you have it saved as Members Forum
