Is it possible to have classmates answer some general questions that are not tied to a particular activity? For example "what is your guest's name?" We have two main activities, but it's possible some people will only come to one of them, so if I tie that question to one of the activities, we won't be able to collect it. Thanks!

Actually, in the event planner, when your member is selecting more than 1 (so 2 or more) quantity for an activity, on the next page we will automatically ask for the other guest names so that you do have that for identification and nametag purposes.
