How do I change the line spacing in. an email or announcement? I can not find which command to use.

This is a simple fix.

Once you are composing your message, you are using the Editor. On the third row, click on Format. This is your Paragraph Format setting. The default setting is Normal, which gives you double spacing between lines. If you wish to have single spacing, scroll to the bottom and click on Normal (DIV). I always use Normal (DIV) for my emails and page content and wish it was the default setting.

If you are trying to single space in the editor for typing something like an address you can choose to single space. is considered a new paragraph in HTML, however, will keep it in the same paragraph a single line down.

When typing a line, press Shift+Enter instead of just the Enter key at the end of a line.
