I received the following email from a classmate. He joined our website first, then he joined his wife (also a grad) both using the same email address....

".....You have helped me get my wife, Janice, registered and into the system. However, in that process I was on my email account address as I entered Jan and gave her a password. Now when she gets mail which I would like to read to her, I can not retreive the mail under her name in my account.. Any suggestions? Thank you so much."

I don't know what to tell him, can anyone help with this problem? Thanks.

Do they both have the same passwords? If not, tell him to log out of the website and then log in again with his wife's e-mail and password.

If they both have the same password, whichever one he is logged in as, have him change the password so that it is different.

Then log in with one of the username/password and see if it is him or his wife.

When viewing the e-mails, you need to make sure you are logged in as the recipient of the email or you won't be able to read it.
