The template to upload classmates doesn't have a column for the graduating year. How do we upload this information? Or in the set-up were we suppose to check something else in addition to the multi-year indicator?

On the PREFERENCES page, look for this section for a multi-year website

SINGLE / MULTI-YEAR CLASS

Single Graduating Year Multiple Graduating Years

You can change your site from a single graduating year to span multiple graduating years. You cannot have separate Class Administrators for each class year. The Administrator(s) administers all class years. Multi year sites usually work best for smaller schools where it is common for classmates to know other classmates from different class years.

Drats Kyle,

When we did the set-up, we checked the multi-year part. Does it show we are a single year site and not a multi-year site? We only want 2 administrators for the site and not one for each year. The site says classes of 1940 - 2013 on the header. Also there is an "Action Required: resend opt-in email" note on the front page. What are we suppose to do with that?

Go to the PREFERENCES page if you want to change to Multi-year website.
Go to CHANGE DESIGN, "School Information", "School Year(s): " if you want to change the 1940 - 2013 on the header.

If you don't click the "Opt-In email" that you received when you created the website, you will not receive any emails from the system. If you deleted or misplaced the "Opt-In Email", you can resend the email to your email box.

Thank you Kyle,

Made the change in the Preferences page and the template now shows a year column. Now, just have to format the classmate file, paste it into the template and voilĂ !, we will have a "real" website.
