I need to reset a password for a classmate. How do I do this?

Click on Manage Classmates
Choose Edit/Enter Classmates
Scroll down to the classmates name and click the Details link next to their name

If they have joined the site there will be a password box after their email address. It will be blank, however, you can add a new one there and save the page.

If you don't see a password box it means they have not yet joined the site. You may sometimes get requests to reset a password when what they are really looking for is how to create a profile/password - in which case you would need to direct them to the classmate profiles page to join.
