adminpane.GIF In variouise instructions You tell us to go to the "PREFERENCES" under ADMIN functions. I don't have this selection.

You need to tell Margaret (your Root Admin) to enable Preferences for you. She would do it on your Manage Classmates, Details, and then in the Grand Admin Rights, she would select " Preferences (co-Admins can access all Preferences page options except for changing the Root Admin)"
