Now & Then pic

I have two classmates who tried to upload Now and Then pics during their profile signup. For one guy, it half worked, as one of the pics diplays and the second pic is just a square w/ a red X.
The second person went to find her pics and put them on her pc, now wants to upload them. I can't find how to get her back to the that place to tell her how to upload her pics now.
