We are uploading a class list for the first time and have successfully uploaded the names, but the website is not recording email addresses. We used the csv format provided by Class Creator. Any ideas as to what we're doing wrong?

What do you mean specifically by "the website is not recording email addresses"? I downloaded your Class List and there's numerous email addresses in the system.

All of the people with email addresses are still showing up in the "missing classmate" section of the site. I wouldn't consider these people missing.

We want to send a blast email regardless of whether people have entered a profile.

A "Missing Classmate" by default is somebody who has not joined your web site. You can change this criteria to whatever you want though:

1) Click Edit Site Pages
2) Click the Edit button next to your Missing Classmates page
3) Set criteria as you desire

Can we add more than one phone number when uploading?

No. Although you could click Profile Generator and add a second telephone number field your Classmates could fill in when joining the site.
