I've attached a screen shot of the issue. In summary, this event is a classmate only event and I don't know how to remove reference to "guest" in the statement populated below the question. I don't want them thinking they can bring a guest to this. Only Classmate. Thanks for any help! Event launches at midnight tonight (nothing like waiting to the last minute to find these things)

There is not a way to remove the ability to bring a guest. You should simply be clear that any transactions with more than one registration will be cancelled.
