Adding Photo to Member's page

I have attempted to add a photo to my Member page. I am able to select the picture using the 'Browse' button. The pictures goes to 100%, then I select return to web page. and the picture does not appear. This problem was brought to my attention from one of my members. Did sometime change? Thanks for the assistance in advance. JohnB

UPDATE: I can add a picture under the Gallery, however not under the member page.
