How do you add another Adminstrator so we can have more than one person working and managing the website?

To add another admin, first add the classmate you want to be admin and have them fill out their profile. If you have already done this, go to Manage Classmates, then the DETAILS page of the person you want to be an admin. Then check the Grand Admin Access check-box. You can then give specific access rights to the classmate.

I am trying to give someone else admin capabilites but when I go to this individuals details there is not ao Grant Admin Access check-box. Only a section that says Admin. notes Can you help me figure out where this might have gone? Thanks! IFCVallarta.com Janie Blank

Hi Janie, Only the Root Administrator can create a new administrator. The Root Admin on your site is T.J. Jessica
