Hi Jeanine, That format is not one of the ones we have built into the nametag generator, so you'd have to download the attendee report and put the data into the Avery template for that style of label.

There's one other way to do this. You create the regular PDF (pick the largest label). Then you COPY each name tag by dragging a select box around each label and then PASTE that into the template (click the PDF tool that does this). You can stretch the final image to fit, but it's pretty close already. Goes fairly fast. I did 150 labels that way.
