I cannot seem to get an accurate list of missing because the Missing List still contains names people who have profiles.

You have your Missing Criteria currently set to "Consider Missing Classmates to be all Classmates with no street address entered in the system."

If you want your Missing Classmates to be those Classmates who have not joined your web site:

1) Click Manage Classmates
2) Click the Edit button next to your Missing Classmates page
3) Select the top radio button instead
