Store - 'add to cart' not working

Hello,
I just set up a class store with 2 items. I activated the store, and the "Add to Cart" button is not working. What did I miss?

Further information -- The "add to Cart" button does work correctly during the registration process for our reunion (built with event planner).

But the button does not work in the stand alone store.

The programmer did not provide those details. He just reported that he fixed the issue.
