Hi from Kernersville. I often find myself visiting CC sites (randomly) and am guilty of 'borrowing' certain posts, etc. There are a lot of times when the 'tabs' on the left are password protected (as mine are). Often - I will view sites of other Root Admins who happen to be on-line at the same time I am. My 'wish list" - can a Chat be set up that we can engage in a chat with other Admins ? Or to display the Admins' email address?

I know lots of changes are coming out soon. Can you confirm if a 'glitter' option will be available? i.e, to 'glitterize' words/objects by a mere click of a button.

Thanks much from a huge CC fan (and Root Admin for 5 sites)

I meant to add another comment to the original post seen above. the majority of class sites I visit do not reference the town or state in which the school resides. If the "where do we live now" box is displayed - it's uually pretty easy to figure out the state. So for any reader whose site doesn't currently reference the town/state -- consider updating your site to include that bit of info.

"Where do we live Now" will not provide town/state info since usually one has to log in to see the profile details. You also do not have that on the home page - so must only show when logged in.

Even if one could obtain that info, still wouldn't put that on the home page when not logged in to respect classmate privacy. Same reason for not wanting my email available - not me so much, but I'm pretty sure most of the other admins would not like access to their personal emailWink You can always use the generic contact.

All that said, I do wish sites were more open in more areas. Some I do not understand at all. Took me a few months to get more of our site opened. One more to goShocked

On a different note, you can provide direct links within your gallery inside the Business Index to each gallery you created as I described before. Keeps one from having to jump out of that and then find it in one of the galleries.

Very nice images

Thanks for that reminder....as I can certainly get links added easily enough. I'll be updating that section later this evening

Your original post made me think [yes, I sometimes DO think - ]
I wonder how practical it would be for CC to create a 'class site' for Admin's where we could join [or opt out] and use it for a forum for exchanging ideas and material between each of us? I think it would help enhance this forum as well.
Also, I know it has been suggested in previous discussions that the sites be allowd to have a 'limited time' membership for admin's to have a chance to look at other sites, say for a week or two. [This MAY be on the back burner for the programmers.]
The limited guest member time would avoid having lots of guests on the site who seldom log on.
