I just updated my home page with information and now the background seems to have taken over the page. Is there a way to resize the background?

Thank you,

Hi Shayne,

You included in your announcement text a solid line of underscores which was too wide to fit into the space available, and the whole announcement box was pushed down to where it would fit. I replaced it with so it will automatically scaled to fit.

Thank you! I wondered how it magically fixed itself. Now I know.

My site has done the same thing, the background has taken over! I don't see a solid line of underscores in my announcement text. I'm not sure where else to check?

Mary Jo,

I looked in both FireFox and Internet Explorer and didn't see your problem. Please tell me what page to look at and what browser you are seeing the problem in. Thanks

Kyle,

In Firebox, my background takes up half of the page instead of just a
border. It is all on the right hand side and everything else is really
small. It's the same on all pages.

In Google Chrome, all I see is my background, it takes up the whole page
and I can't scroll down or anything. Can't get to any pages all I see is
the background.

Thanks Mary Jo

What is your browser ZOOM level set to? Try changing the browser zoom to 100% (View/ Zoom ) Or in FireFox, you can press the CTRL + (ctrl plus) to increase zoom and CTRL - (ctrl minus) to shrink the zoom.

Kyle,
That worked for FireFox, (not sure why I didn't think about that!! LOL!!) but still the same with Google Chrome, just a very large background and nothing else.

Hi Mary Jo,

I just looked at your page in both Firefox and Chrome, and I can't see the problem you're describing. Can you capture a screenshot using the Snipping Tool program from your Start Menu and send it to me at eric@classcreator.com?
