Root Admin LOST PASSWORD

So we have a root admin on our site. She no longer has the email account she used to get set up. AND she can't recall her password. I am an admin (but not a co-admin or whatever) so I can't go change her info. Help? Suggestions?

Kyle, I just purchased Last Pass and tried to save a "generated" password and I'm not sure what happened but I can't log on to the Berea66.com site? I was able to log on here with my "old" password. Any suggestions? Thanks, Larry
