Just wondering if there is a way to click on a state, and send an e-mail to only those people rather than finding each one individually? It sure would be easier to click on state and e-mail just those.

Already can:

1) Click Email The Class
2) Click Members who meet the following criteria (click to show):
3) Select State
4) Choose desired state

Are we ever going to be able to send emails to a certain location such as a city?

Good question. Can't do that now as you've noted, but it wouldn't be too hard to put in a dropdown list of cities comprised from all cities your Classmates are residing in. I'll add this to our feature enhancement list.
