We have just started registering classmates for our reunion and I have a suggestion. In the Administration of the Reunion planner, can you set-up the site so the Run Reports and Show Attendees are two different functions and the Root Administrator sets permissions for who can run which function. Right now, if you have permission to the Reunion planner function, you have access to both functions. However, the Show Attendees is the area where the payments are posted and I only want select committee members is that area. The rest of the committee members should be able to run reports when ever they want, but at this point in time, I cannot give them access. Since we are still having issues with registrations double reporting, I do not want someone in the Show Atendees section accidentally changing payment info. Alternatively, if you could assign a password to the Show Attendees section, this would also secure the oayment posting function.
