Adding link to "Contact Us" on Profiles Page

Is there a way to turn on this link to the Contact Us page at the bottom of the Classmate Profiles page? Some sites have it, some don't.

It appears to be related to multi-year accounts. This multi-year site doesn't have it -- unless you select a year: This single-year site has it: This site is set up as a multi-year site, but all the members were entered as "2011" (even though they are not in that year) - so there's no way to select a year and there's no link to the Contact Us form:

Ah, I see. The only way to resolve this is to go to Manage Classmates > Enter Edit Classmates > Details and select a graduation year.
