Hi Guys - I've got a classmate needing to retrieve their password and in the past, the FORGOT PASSWORD link worked. Just tried it now and nothing gets sent. Tried it with my ID also. Just wondering if perhaps SMTP is down? Can you check please? Thx

It's probably not a problem with sending. Check the current posts in the All About Email forum documenting problems with some mail domains not handling mail sent from Class Creator correctly.
