IM Chat Time Not Correct

Hi - I was just attempting to chat with a classmate on the East Coast but on the IM it said it was 11:30 when it was 3:30 Pacific Time. Is there a way to change the time that shows up when on IM? Thanks, Elaine

Hi Elaine! That happens now and then in Live Chat and the IM window. Then all of a sudden... poof

the right time appears. Watch for that... see if it happens for you.
