No Photo Icon by classmate name

This is the second time I have incurred this problem. The classmate added photos to his profile and the camera icon is not showing next to his name. Please look into this problem for me. His name is John Snell. FYI, I am using the original CC Format. Thank you

I simply set one of the images to be his master photo. Icon now appears.
