I have successfully had over 30 people join our site in 2 days. However, 3 people have emailed me that they were unable to join.
They click the "join now" button, find their name, add the email address and password. When they click "Submit" the screen frame is there but there is nothing in the white area in the center. Nothing! They try logging back on and their info was not saved.
The oddest part is, one of them is my husband (who graduated the same year as me) and we are using the same computer.
Not sure what to tell these folks.
Thanks for your help

Have your husband try using a different browser and see if that helps him get past the problem. Also, if you can, find out what browsers the other classmates are using and suggest they try a different browser. Sometimes that helps.

Hi; Thanks for your quick response.
We were using Firefox, but also tried Chrome, with no luck.

Looks like he got in eventually. How did you circumnavigate the problem?

Hi;
He tried the next day with no problems.
I haven't heard from any of the others whether they've tried again or not (I don't see them on the classmates list yet)
We made no changes on the computer, so not quite sure what the problem is/was.

Well, short of a better answer, I suggest you recommend to your classmates experiencing the problem that they try clearing the cookies and cache from their web browsers (see the links below for help) and try it again.
