We know that several classmates have used the “Missing Classmate”, send an e-mail invite, at the bottom of the Home Page. We want to follow-up on these invitation to encourage our missing classmates to register on our website. The problem is that we don't have a list of the missing classmates with their e-mail addresses that were used to send the invitation. Is there some way that we can see the classmates name and e-mail address that the invitation was sent to and also the classmates or persons name that initiated the invitation? Maybe something like you do in "E-mail the Class".

Hi Andre',

When one classmate sends another classmate an email suggesting they join the site that information is not stored because at that time the classmate receiving the invite has not authorized anyone to receive their email.

When they receive the email goes out it has the same template with the school name and logo that all other email the class emails display in so the user will see your school logo, name and hopefully click through to see the site and join. Once they join their email will become part of your class list data.

If the classmate were entering their own email it would not be a privacy issue to store it or send it to the admin. Because this feature involves another classmate emailing an invite it would not qualify as permission.

I hadn't thought about it that way but I can see the privacy issue and agree. Thank You
