One thing I'm seeing different between the three posts is the time stamp: the first one is at 04:33 am, the second at 10:58 am, and the third at 08:26 am, indicating three attempts to send it for reasons unknown.

Those aren't actually duplicates. The 2nd and 3rd ones have titles that someone has added a comment and the notation of who added the comment is different. What's new will list when there is a new message throughout the site those just happened to be back to back. Jessica

I think there's still a bug here. Not counting the 'titles', the verbiage and time stamps are identical.
