Automatic emails being sent from website?

I had an automatic email sent to all the classmates early this morning, showing that it came directly from me, with responses going to me. Our reunion is over, but the site is still active, and I would prefer that there are no automatic emails being sent. How can I turn this feature off?

Thanks,
Michelle Bakun

If you are the ROOT admin, then you will see the PREFERENCES link on the Left-side links in the Admin Functions section.

You can turn off all automatic e-mails from this page.

If you are not the ROOT admin, you will not see the PREFERENCES menu.

I'd like to keep the automatic emails that ask people to update their contact info, but as admin I'd like an email notice sent to me that it is due to go out. That way if there is any other content I'd like to add at that time I won't have to send out two emails.
Possible?

The Keeping Your Info Current message, which goes out to classmates who have not updated their profiles in six months, can be edited by the Root Admin on the Preferences page. There is no mechanism to have that message sent to the admin either before it goes to the classmate or instead of going to the classmate.
