Brad, When I added some text to my home page the count down clock disappeared. I looked at the HTML but I can't figure it out. Is there any chance that somebody from CC can go in there and fix it for me Thanks, Marc Sachs

I've fixed this for you this morning. I went into an older version of the page though the history list below the editor and copied the code from one of these older pages, and then pasted it back into your current version of the page. Thanks

Scott, Thanks for your effort. Unfortunatley, it still does not show and now some of the text is messed up. I guess I will restore it to the previous version and forget about the clock. Marc Sachs

Bizarre. It looks like it works fine from my end. Clear your cache and reload the page to see if this is a caching issue. Otherwise, yes, you can go back a couple versions of your page until the countdown appears to wor for you and then enter your new copy again. Thanks

Scott, If I use Google Chrome on my computer, the clock is there but if I use IE the clock is not there. If I use IE on my work computer the clock is there. Apparently, there is some setting in IE on my computer that needs to be changed (though it really is not a big deal if I don’t see the clock). It just bugs me. It not the cache. Any other ideas. Thanks

Call me stubborn but I think that it is a cache issue. Please do this: 1) Click Tools Is the clock there now?

1) Click FAQs above. We give a couple countdown clock resources there as well as links to many other third party apps that can snap into your site.

And I'll put in a plug for the countdown clock that's on my site. It is not an external clock, and there's nothing to go wrong. See my Forum entry from July 18th 2010 and back in December '09, at http://forums.classcreator.com/messages.cfm?threadid=E47CBD19-E11B-9E8C-27665EAB2B5FE46C It's not for everyone... you need to have some HTML knowledge. AND ... I'll put in a request for a built-in countdown clock as part of ClassCreator. Someday, eh, Brad ?
