Confirmation registration

I have a student who registered online and paid with a credit card. She did not received a confirmation. However, I can see she registered and the money is in our funds. Did she do something wrong? Thanks for your assistance on this matter.

Does she receive other emails from the system? If her email address is correct and her email box is not full she should have received an email receipt when she purchased her ticket.

You can forward her the details of the transaction if you to to Reuinon Planner > Attendees and then click her name and view the order details. You can copy and paste her regsitration and order from that page and email it to her.
