You can handle it on your end (if you still have money in your ClassCreator reunion account). If not, you need to wait until you have enough money in your ClassCreator Reunion Planner account OR send ClassCreator a check so that they can put the money in your account.
When you refund through the reunion planner, the FEES are refunded, too.
Go to Reunion Planner
Click on ATTENDEES,
Click on the name of the classmate you need to issue the refund to.
Click on EDIT ITEMS
You will see the ISSUE REFUND link. Click on it.
Set the amount you want to refund in the input box, then click REFUND.
Refunds still take about 5 business days to leave your account and get transferred to the credit card, so it should appear in the classmate's credit card transactions about a week after the refund.
