Our class has been having a monthly breakfast somewhere in Western Oregon for almost 15 years. (And we've only missed two times during all those years!) I always post the notices of where it will take place on the home page. But now we would really like the capability of having a way that classmates could respond each month with a Yes or No on whether they plan to be at that breakfast. Is there a way to do that, and where can I find how-to instructions for installing it? We would need to be able to "erase" last month's RSVPs and start again in the first few days of the next month. (Our breakfasts occur on the 3rd Saturday of each month.) Note to other classes: we started this breakfast tradition in 2002 just before our 40th class reunion. The breakfasts started as work sessions as we tried to locate our classmates. Then, we continued them ever since because we just enjoy each others' company! Many thanks.

You could create a December 2016 Lunch poll on the home page - attending or not - if all you need is a count.

Or, create a link to a Forum invitation and ask members to reply if they are going to attend. Next month, simply add a new Forum invitation.

How about creating an "Event" each month with FREE attendance. Delete the old one and make a new one each month. That way all the reports are automatic. It's not a YES or NO, although NO is implied if they don't sign up.
