Survey not emailing class

Hi there and HAPPY NEW YEAR. I created a survey for our class and usually, when i have in the past, an email goes out to everyone letting them KNOW there is a survey. No one has gotten an email. I asked a few to check and I went back in to be sure it says active with today's date and to notify all the classmates and nothing. Help!!

Still nothing, so I went in and emailed the class to go LOOK at the survey. I am now hoping they will SEE it?!
