When I click on "what's New" it takes 15 seconds to initiate the page and they another 15 seconds or so to load information. Is this typical or do I have a problem?
I use Chrome and use a VPN...neither of which seem to affect anything else.

What's New does take slightly longer to load since it's gathering data to populate the page. 30 seconds points to a connection issue, but could just be a transient CC server-load/routing issue too. That happens fairly often.

Usually ALL the pages tend to load slow though. Did they all load at 'normal' speed?

Try it again later and see how it behaves. If it's the same slow response, test from another location using a different ISP. Various hotspots can provide this. Ask a friend to use their portable device to check if you don't have one.

Timothy - not sure if it was a temporary issue, but there was almost no wait on the What's New page when I went to it just now on your site.
