Logging in From UK

I have a classmate who lives in the UK who has not been able to access our website. Keeps getting messages that site is down or will be back up shortly. But has never been able to access site. Is this because she uses a UK service provider? Any suggestions on how to resolve issue.?

I would have her try a different browser. If that works, she might need to clear the cache of her favorite browser. Sometimes, when the website is down for maintenance, if someone visits the website at that time, their browser caches the page and then when they try again, their browser still thinks the page is current. She could also try pressing the REFRESH or RELOAD of her browser (usually on the VIEW/RELOAD menu choice). We have schools in the UK that use our product, they aren't having any problems.
