The sign-up form of the online reunion planner page has a field for "# Of Parties Attending" which I do not have the ability to delete. For various reasons, this field will be confusing to people registering. Therefore, I would like to add a statement using the "Add Question" feature to direct potential attendees to disregard this field. However, this feature appears not be working properly as the question (or statement in my case) does not appear on the form.

I'll put in a requst to move any default questions under your control, so you can deactivate them if you don't want to use them. Until that's in there, you might want to include in your regular text instructions not to fill in that field.

I looked at your Reunion Planner and you haven't added any custom questions, which I'm assuming is why they're not appearing. Make sure you hit the "Update" button after absolutely everything you do when creating your custom questions and answers, and be sure to press the Save button at the very bottom of the page when you are done.

Regarding the Number Attending questions on the sign-up form on the Reunion Planner... We have 3 individual functions happing on our reunion weekend... golf, open house and the reunion itself. My question on the signup form, is there a way to copy the format for the Number Attending and Names Attending questions. When you select the # from the pull-down menu, the next question shows attendee's in the number you selected. (nice & neat)

I also want to do this for each function (golf & open house) for my reunion. Currently I show them with a multiple choice and it doesn't look as nice and takes up more room.

Also, everytime I save my reunion planner after making edits, it requests that I re-input my routing and acct. code. I'm not yet verified. (My account was verfied, until I reset my planner.) Thanks as always for your help.

Hi Vicky,

There isn't a way to replicate those questions from the default set. They are programmed to behave a specific way and the information they collect is referenced elsewhere in the system. We don't have a way to add that functionality to other questions arbitrarily.

As for the re-verification, you'll have to repeat the verification process for now, but we are working on a fix so that in future you won't have to re-verify when activating a new reunion.
