One of my classmates has changed her email address, but now she is unable to log on. I went into her profile and erased her password, but then exited her profile. When I went back in to set a new password, there is no box for password, only email. How do I get back to where I can add a generic password (that she can then change to a personal one)? I followed the directions for passwords (#2 under Passwords in FAQ: "you can log into the Classmate's account details and change the Classmate's password to something else." The problem is there's no box in which to enter the password. HELP!
