Okay, on the left side of our home page is a column with a list of links you click on, right.

I want to add a section just before Member functions. How do I do that please?

Under Admin Functions, click on "Help & Tips." Then, click on "Help Video Tutorials." Then click on the first video, "Introduction to the Edit Site Pages and Navigation System Management Tools." That will tell you everything you need to know on how to create new pages and create flyout menus, etc.

Okay, didn't explain that well enough. I want to add a header (see attached) that reads "Current Happenings," to the left side of the panel.

I don't see any attachment. I can't picture what you're talking about, i.e. what you mean by header and panel.

I believe you mean the Member Functions separator from the main navigation links (similar separator for Admin Funtions)

Those items are part of the template structure and not something that is created under Edit Site Pages. It is meant only to separate the non logged in navigation from them Member Functions or Admin Functions for Admins.
