Please follow these steps to fix your problem. If you still need help, I will fix it for you, but first I want you to try it yourself.

Edit Site Pages
Edit Home Page contents
Click on SOURCE
Use your browser search function to search for "width"
Change the number on the right side of "width" to 420 or less.
Continue searching your content for "width" and change any numbers larger than 420 to 420.
Save your content.

For the Home Page, the width numbers must be <= 420. For announcements with bullets, the width must be less than 390.
