CC recently added a code for a countdown clock/timer: FROM CLASS CREATOR: We've just added a built-in countdown timer to show that number of days until your special event!

When editing pages, just insert the date of your event, formatted as Year(four digits), Month (two digits), Day (two digits), separated by dashes, and enclose the whole thing in dollar signs.

For example: to count down to New Years 2013, use $2013-01-01$ like this:

Join us in only $2013-01-01$ days for our New Years Celebration!

You can then apply styles such as boldface, font, color and size to the whole sentence or just the counter, the same way you would style anything in the editor.

Once the date is past, your counter it will simply display as 0 (zero
