One of my classmates wanted to edit her existing profile page but when she tries to edit it the screen is blank but says "done" at the bottom.

What is the name of the Classmate? I'll take a look but I can tell you that it's not likely to be blank for me when I go look. Most likely guess is something technical happened on her end and she wound up getting a blank page in cache, which continues to happen to her each time she loads the page. Have her clear her browser cache (delete temporary Internet files) and try again.

When I checked her profile page from my computer it was fine.

Perhaps it is her browser cache.

I will inform her to clear it.
