A new member says she couldn't find her name to do her profile. We received her new member notification today. We rechecked and her name is on the Manage Classmates but not on the Classmate-Catherinian Profiles list. It had to be in there earlier as ahe was able to log in. Is this what you call a glitz, or a bug? Thanks for your help.

It is a FEATURE, not a BUG.

When you have classmate validation activated, the classmate is removed from the Classmate Profiles page until they have been verified. The reason is because if any other classmates see that classmate has joined and click on their link, all they see is "This classmate is awaiting verification", so we don't show that classmate anywhere while the verification process is going on.

On your home page, it says you have one classmate to be verified. Click that link and you will see this:
