A former alumni wants to put his info on the website but does not have an email Can he still sign on w/o one.

No, it is not possible for him to sign in without an email address. There are free places to get email addresses - gmail.com is one.

The only other option is for an admin to create their profile and fill in their information.

I filled in the information for one classmate without an email address, but noted on his page that he has no email address so not to try to email him.

I've created profiles for a few classmates who do not use a computer. Using my brother as an example, here's what I say in the Comments section of his profile:

"Note from website administrator:

Bruce does not own a computer, so we have created this profile for him. He is interested in connecting with classmates. You may reach him by phone at 413-525-3072 or by letter at 76 Birchland Ave, East Longmeadow, MA 01028."
