Safari cannot connect to secure

I have no idea about this problem one member is suddenly having. Here's what she said: "The last two times I have tried to log in I get the message that Safari cannot connect to a secure server. I have an Apple computer. I never used to have this problem. Do you have any suggestions?" Is this a CC issue or her oomputer? Would appreciate any help offered.

What is the URL she is using to access the website? Does it start with "http://" or "https://"? It should be "http://". http://www.douglascountyhighschool.net
