Is there a way to download a list of just the registered classmates and non-registered classmates separately?

No there isn't, but it is easy enough to separate them after you download the list.

Manage Classmates,
Download Class List,
Choose the fields you want downloaded (make sure you have the "Joined On" column selected
Download the file
Sort the file by "Joined On" column.
If there is a date in the column, these are the REGISTERED CLASSMATES (ones who have joined your website). If there is not a date, these classmates are your NON REGISTERED CLASSMATES (haven't joined).

Also, can the Reunion Planner option be added back to my web site? I was going to print name tags from that option and now I don't know how and can't find an option for them.

The Reunion Planner link disappears when you don't have any reunions for it to display, so I added another reunion to your website.
