How to get survey onto a page

I have created a survey. What I can't locate are the instructions on what to do with the survey once it's created. I know it can't be on the home page and probably must reside on an url. I can link a survey button from the home page to it, but I can't find url info about the survey. Help!

Hi Kim, The survey, if active, creates a link under the main site links on the left nav of the site. I see one survey on your site called Memorial 2011 which has a link on the left links on your site right now because the survey is active. If you click that link you'll see the full URL for that page in the address bar of your browser. http://www.shockers70football.com/member_dosurvey.cfm?SurveyID=15477 Jessica

Thanks - I wasn't seeing it because I had forgotten I changed the survey name - brother! It's Monday!
